Charging credit card after cancellation

I named on march 1 to stop plus they informed me they'd stop and contact me back with verification quantity and not named they never called me. I told them i no further desired the product all I needed was test container, with no longer desire to be billed on charge card please reimbursement cash the moment feasible or will require further activity. Charge card was billed wasn't mine I simply lent it from my mom and he or she is mad. So please reimbursement the moment possible.
