I ordered a trail order of Tri Slim Dietary Supplement. It didn't work for me.in the ad it said "No questions asked if you wanted to cancel". So I called to cancel. Oh yeah it also came with a trail sample of ColoCure that I also had to call a different telephone number to cancel. Before the trail period was up the company had sent me a three months supply of the TriSlim and charged my credit card $154.85. When I received the three months supply (three bottles that I could feel through the bag) I immediatly called the company and told them that I wanted a refund and that I was returning the package unopened. The woman told me that they would refund me the cost of the TriSlim ($139.??) but that the $15.?? For their cost for postage was non-refundable. (I don't know what postal service they use but the one that I use charges by weight. The whole package didn't weigh 14oz., which wouldn't have cost that much with $125.00 worth of insurance on it.) Then two days later I check my bank account online and I found a charge of $19.95 for a company listed as selfhelpffcom. So I tried to look it up online and found this site. Then I called the telephone number that was on my bank statement to find out what this charge was for. They told me that I ordered a diet supplement online that came with a online weight loss helpline (This also was something that I was not told about) and if not canceled within a certain time frame that it would charge my account. I gathered this much imformation in a fifteen minute confersasion because I only understood about a third of the english that she spoke. After I told her that I had canceled the TriSlim and the ColoCure and sent back the bottles and wanted nothing that they had or had to do with, the phone line started to get staticy. After about another fifteen minutes I finally understood a cancelation conformation number. She said that I should be getting my refund back in about 7 to 10 business days. We Will See!!!
