Unauthorized credit charge

I never obtained my so-called "free trial offer" container of tablets BUT my Credit was billed $4.99 on 2/12/09 & again on 2/27/09 $79.96...

I've never gotten any product from them up to now

I sent natures-acai.com/payment to stop on 2/28/09 after I observed the unauthorized costs to my charge card, then I named the 800-983-7968 to stop & was informed it'd be studied off my acct but hasn't been completed yet. Our termination #CAO117677E, CAO11776779 & CAO11776781, the repetition wouldn't provide me her title.

I did so call my charge card organization & submitted a state together for that quantity above.

Please advise me about my choices, I am on the fixed-income which is extremely unsettling, please contact me @208-514-5516
