There product has green tea, can not take, can not get in touch with them to cancel

I requested a totally free test of there item Acai Berries, can't go since it has green tea extract, attempted to contact them to stop my purchase before they cost me something following the test amount of 2 weeks. (since I have got burnt with another merchant) but I can't enter contact together,
