They keep sending me product and charging my credit card all I sign up for was a free trial

I registered to get a free path present for Acaiaslim plus they have since delivered me three containers and charged my charge card. This product didn't function and that I need them to prevent giving me the merchandise. I don't actually understand how to quit it!
