Charge to credit card without authorization

Bought test item, settled the 3.95 vessel & handling... Was outoftown when item came... Started getting it and observed after 10 times my charge card was billed aswell. Named d/s was informed I handed the 14-day test interval and certainly will not get a reimbursement... Hows that to get a fraud...
