Ripped off by Colon Cure is there a cure for this companys unethical practices?

I just want to reiterate what everyone else is saying about this company. I did not order the product other than the free trail. I later noticed the charge on my credit card for $89.31. I did not get 14 day free trial, my card was charged 14 days from when i ordered it. I had the product only about 5 days before i was charged. When i called them to complain, they smugly stated their were no refunds. I did get a confirmation # and they said they would not send any further product. I don't believe anything they tell me. I am turning the matter over to my credit card company in hopes they can do something to get the charge removed. I sent both the first shipment and the trail size, that i never opened back to them along with a letter of protest
