Unauthorized charges

I ordered a "so-called" free trial of acai products and was only supposed to pay for shipping charges. Then i discoverd that my bank account had unauthorized charges of $78.81 and $87.13. I am waiting for a promised refund... I will press fraud charges if this refund does not appear on my bank account. 1/10/09
