I was shopping in early June for a birthday present for my friend at the Bath 'N Body Works at the Washington Crown Center. I asked a sales representative who identified herself as Jessica to please help me.in the middle of helping me her cell began to ring. She interupted me to answer and began screaming violently at the person. She screamed something about "STDS and blood tests and calling police on her ex-boyfriend." I was very disturbed this was going on. She said there was "a serious health situation involving her ex boyfriend and someone else" and she ran in the back to take medicine or something. I was very confused as were other customers. I felt uncomfortable buying my present after this disturbing display and just left the store. I called to speak to her manager the next day and found out this woman is Jessica French and there was in fact a serious situation. I don't think I would ever shop at this store again.
