I was online when an ad popped up for a FREE skin care sample case appeared. My daughter said it was a good deal. The add said the sample case was FREE JUST PAY SHIPPING. When i called to order it the person said yes it was free. So I gave my ordering info. After I gave here my info she went on to say that after 14 days if we don't like it we could send it back or we could keep it and pay 59.95. I said noway and cancel my order Know. She would not so I ask to speak to a superviser. The super came on the phone and said she would not cancel. I said I wanted to speak to her manager. He came on the line I explained to him that I wanted to canel and he said yes. He would cancel the order. 3 days later the sample case came anyway. What recourse do I have. Thanks Richard Rorabaugh
