I had no ideal that they would sent out two bottles at $39.99 a piece charging my credit car $ 80.00. I called and cancelled because I had a reaction to the acai berry. When I told Adam the man I spoke with, He said it didin't matter because the could not refund the supplement. I ask to speak to someone over him and He said there ws no one that I had to complain on line. I feel this is a rip off and they should not be able to just bill your account and take money out when they choose to. Not only have I been charged the $80.00 I have to pay a over the limit fee on my charge card. I will never use this company or recommend it to anyone. I am writing a letter to my congress person and the better business burea to file a report against them. I am going to file a Police Report for them stealing money from my acct without my permission. With the state of the economy I am placed on a long term diet anyway, I dont need any help I can'nt buy food as it is and to have someone take what little money I have really burns me up. Where are the owners of this company at, why are they not reading all these complains, I am calling Ruth to the rescue, And Oprah since she recommended this mess, did she realize what type of company she was dealing with. They are a bunch of thiefs.
