Of course my complaint is the same as everyone elses. I ordered product and didn't uncheck? The boxes for the extra products and got charged for them. Haven't received anything yet, but when I do I have to pay to send them back and also a restocking fee. This is outrageous. I have ordered many items off the internet and have never been more disappointed. I thought I was smart about scams, guess not. This was a big wake up call. Most companys that you complaint to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Acai pure won't even answer their phones or there is a hour wait time, come on.
