I cancelled all future orders and they sent it anyway. Charged my card already

I completed a study to get a free trial offer. They delivered it in my experience, I noticed the cost, I terminated. Today they've mailed me another purchase. I've named looking to get a RMA# to come back plus they possess a saving saying due to large volumn calls they cannot reach me. They've debited my consideration and that I have terminated. Scams these people are.
