They offer a no risk, shipping only charge. On the order form there are items check marked that you don't notice until you see the charge come through. They won't cancel your order for you. You must receive the order, return it at your own expense, and you are charged a restock fee. If you are leaving the site without ordering, a window pops up that says someone wants to have a live chat and charge you only $1.99 for shipping. There isn't anyone chatting. If you attempt to call them they are rude and they hang up on you, they do not provide the customer service they claim to pride themselves on. This company is very deceitful.
