I bought a tshirt past Christmas was new stock so it had the security tag on. Paid for it and took it along for my trip to Vegas, to my horror, on the day I wanted to wear it, I realized that the security tag was not removed...
I got back home and took it to a store and they refused to remove it because I did not have the receipt with me and told me to take it back to where I bought it and they might be able to help if I have the card used to pay for it. So when I took it back to the same store I bought it from, the manager or who ever was in-charge denied to remove the tag and did not even take the initiative to find other ways. I even gave them the card I used to pay for the tshirt. Just because I did not have the receipt, they completely denied me. Date this happened was on the 1/17.
On top of this, that guy was pretty rude too!!! I ended up paying for nothing cause I cannot wear the tshirt with the tag on...!!!
I think HOLLISTER cust service is sooooooooooo bad. I will never wanna shop with them... They should revise their policies if they want to gain their customers' faith in them...
The purchase was made in Hollister, Kenwood Mall, Cincinnati, OH.
