I called this afternoon to the Hollister store in Altamonte Springs Mall, Altamonte Springs, FL to speak to Megan. My 17 year old son had just hung up from her and was told he had been fired. I told her I was calling to get a better understanding of what had transpired during the call, after identifying myself. During the conversation, I was patient and cordial, and gave her time to speak. However, she mostly disrupted me while speaking, sounded a bit biased and sour in her tone and the way she spoke, even as if talking down to me. Despite me enlightening her that my son had received conflicting instructions on how he was to report to find out his time for work, she refused to listen and insisted he was fired, and went around what I was trying to explain. I asked her what position Nicole held, whose instructions were relayed to my son as most recent, and whose instructions he was following but she ignored me. She even refused to give me her full name when I asked saying she is the only Megan there and doesnt have to give me her last name. My son has always shopped at Hollister then to get excited to land a job here, only to be confronted with this prejudicial attitude of Megan's as this is not the first I have heard her speaking to staff. I could hear her voice from across the room speaking to my son on the phone. I could hear her tell him he is fired. That's why I called as a parent who was concerned, and I did not disrespect her. I will be complaining to whoever and where I can about this person and feel that she is a disgusting representation of the Hollister brand and company. One can easily see why Hollister brand is going down the drain with this kind do of management.
