After witnessing what I would consider to be one of the most unprofessional and degrading events, I attemtpted to contact the owner. Not only did she have her employees blatantly lie, she refused to come to the phone. This behovior shows she DO NOT value her customers nor her employees. I took great offense to this type of behavior. This situation could've escalated into something very bad. Not only have they lost a loyal customer, I would NEVER recommend none of the salons in the region since I know she own quite a few. Word of advice: WITHOUT customers you have no business.
