I am a regular Fantastic Sams customer for highlights and cuts (and I was planning a keratin treatment next week). All of my family members were customers. Fantastic Sams refused to exchange their shampoo and conditioner that cost $6.95 each, that I purchased in December for another one of their products that cost only $8.95 (requesting no cash back). We will no longer be customer of the store and I will be sure to share the experience with any and all friends. I understand that I purchased it some time ago, but it was their product that they still carry and I was only requesting an exchange for another of their products.
