This is the most unprofessional place it has been my misfortune to enter. The employees are rude, with a sneering attitude and management encourages this behavior. There is no reason a customer should have to endure this type of treatment from a business. The fact that UPS and FEDEX continues to do business with these people shows a total disregard for their customers.
