Purchased 10 vouchers for sundaes at Baskin Robbins. When attempting to redeem three of the vouchers with my children, the employee at BR did not know what to do. The employee then contacted the manager, the manager told him to give "$3 worth of sundae", not a sundae off the menu, as voucher stated.
Contacted Groupon several times to get some sort of resolution for this matter. No response. No help. No resolution. Even though the "groupon promise" states refunds if not happy with product/service.
The amount of money is so negligible, it's ridiculous. But right now, for me, the lack of customer service, and the lack of adhering to their guarantee has made me frustrated and disappointed.
