My daughter and Wife went together one morning using the Groupon I bought for this deal.
They left an hr early but a big wreck on the Highway slowed them down. We live an hour away. Upon arriving they were told they should've called about being 17 minutes late. But using the GPS on the phone made it impossible. They were told only one could be seen because she had other appointments. Then they were made to feel like thet were using food stamps to pay for the haircut and the woman went so far as to imply that they might be trying to cheat her as someone came in before them with a fake groupon. So she did my daughter and my daughter is shy and she was afraid to mention that only one eye brow got done and one side of her lip. Which was clearly only readened on one side. The "Deep Conditioning " Treatment was two pumps of regular conditioner on top of her hair, not even distributed to the length of her hair. Over all very dissatisfied and my wife wont go back there to get her hair done and use the Groupon. So I wrote to Groupon that I would like to get the credit back for the one unused and have yet to here back from them. We wont give it to anyone as a gift because of the way she made my wife and daughter feel and the bad service. Also I wanted to add. The woman used NO product for lasting style, you know, no hairspray. It's almost like since we payed half price we only got half the service and very little effort on her part. Half an eye brow and half a lip wax? I learned my lesson. Never get a Groupon hair deal and now im stuck with 22 dollar groupon deal we wont use or give away
