I bought Dior Hypnotic Poison from Pearsons of Enfield. I love this perfume, but it doesn't spray anymore. At first it did spray a little bit, but now there is nothing coming out of the bottle. I tried to take it to a Dior counter at Debenhams in Wimbledon (where I recently moved to), but they couldn't replace it for me as it wasn't bought at one of their stores... If Dior sells defective products there should be a way of complaining on their website, but there isn't (not as far as I could tell)!!!
