Independent profile — not affiliated with Dior
Dior
Dior sells in the U.S. through two separate stores on dior.com: fashion and accessories (Christian Dior Couture; its supply-chain statement names Christian Dior Inc. as the U.S. fashion business) and fragrance and beauty (Parfums Christian Dior; Christian Dior Perfumes LLC), each with its own customer service line and return policy, and both presented by LVMH as houses of its group. Dior's July 18, 2025 notice letters told U.S. customers that an unauthorized party accessed a Dior client database on January 26, 2025; a Florida class settlement, Michael Toikach, et al. v. Christian Dior, Inc. (Case No. CACE 25-18776), received a final approval order dated June 22, 2026, and the settlement agreement says Dior settled without admitting liability. Reported separately below: 15 older complaints submitted to USAComplaints (2010-2013), a BBB profile for Christian Dior, Inc. that is not accredited and shows a D- rating with 154 complaints in three years, and a Trustpilot score of 1.6 from 11,278 reviews.

Ordering from or returning to Dior in the U.S.: what to check
Dior's U.S. website (dior.com/en_us) runs two stores with different terms, phone lines and return rules. The fashion and accessories Terms of Use ("Updated: August 2023") say the site "is owned by Christian Dior Couture"; the fragrance and beauty legal terms say that site "is owned by Parfums Christian Dior". Work out which store your order came from before you contact Dior.
- Fashion and accessories: the Christian Dior Couture Client Service Center, +1 800 929 3467, Monday to Saturday 10am to 10pm EST and Sunday 11am to 7pm EST; email [email protected]; mail to Christian Dior Couture, Client Service Center, 510 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10022.
- Fragrance and beauty: the contact page (dior.com/en_us/beauty/contact-parfum) lists 877-903-4671, Monday to Saturday 10am to 10pm EST and Sunday 11am to 7pm EST, and a web form; the beauty legal terms also list [email protected]. Dior's other beauty pages show a second number: the beauty FAQ answer "How Can I Contact Dior?" says Customer Relations is available "from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 9pm EST by phone at 1-877-794-3066", and the Privacy Statement (Last Updated: June 2026) lists Customer Service 1-877-794-3066 (Monday to Saturday 10am to 10pm EST, Sunday 11am to 7pm EST) for U.S. residents and 1-877-903-4671 for residents of Canada. The gift card terms use 877-903-4671. The pages checked on 2026-09-30 do not explain why two numbers and two sets of hours appear, so both are listed here.
Fashion and accessories returns. Dior's fashion FAQ says: "You can return any order to us within 30 days of receiving it." Products must come back "in the original packaging, accompanied by any accessories and documents provided (notices, guarantees, return tags, certificates of authenticity)", and "Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product(s) cannot be returned or exchanged." It also says "An item can only be exchanged once", that customized (ABCDior) products "cannot be returned or exchanged", and "Please allow up to 14 business days for all returns and exchanges to be processed." On how to return, the FAQ says: "Your Dior purchase may be returned using the provided return label within each Dior parcel", that a logged-in customer can "reprint a prepaid shipping label if needed", and that "If you choose to return your order through your own means and expense, you will not be refunded for the shipping costs you may incur." Dior's separate Delivery & Returns page carries the heading "Free Returns Within 30 Days" with the text "Orders may be returned or exchanged with the label provided within 30 days of reception subject to conditions"; the FAQ's return answers do not use the word "free". The FAQ also says "Returns are also limited between Hawaii and the Continental United States" and, on repeated returns: "Repeated returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Dior.com account or refusal of future orders."
Fashion delivery rules. The fashion FAQ says: "A signature is required upon delivery and cannot be waived." and "Orders cannot be delivered to hotels, freight forwarders, military bases, post office boxes or United States Territories." It adds that "Our carrier will attempt to deliver your order up to three times before returning it to our distribution center", and that Standard and Express deliveries "require signature upon delivery and are carried out by UPS".
Fragrance and beauty returns: two Dior pages that differ. Dior's Dior.com return policy for beauty (in the beauty legal terms and on its own page, dior.com/en_us/beauty/page/returnpolicy.html) says: "If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Dior will gladly refund any unopened or gently used items within 30 days of purchase through our website." La Collection Privee products can be returned only if unopened or unused; "all personalized and/or engraved items are final sale and non-refundable or exchangeable"; "Purchases made on Dior.com are allowed to be returned for refund only"; and "Dior.com is unable to refund shipping charges. Please allow 10–15 business days of processing time." A separate Dior page titled "Return & Refunds" (dior.com/en_us/beauty/manage-returns), where a return is started, says: "You can return all or part of your Dior order within 30 days of purchase. Once we've received the package, our team will inspect the returned items and, provided our return conditions are met, you'll receive your refund shortly after — usually between 5–7 business days." It also says: "Dior.com is unable to refund the $9 shipping charges of the prepaid label, which shall be deducted from the total refund amount in accordance with the terms indicated on the return form." The return policy page speaks of 10–15 business days and says shipping charges are not refunded; the Return & Refunds page speaks of usually 5–7 business days after Dior receives and inspects the package and of a $9 prepaid-label charge deducted from the refund. The pages checked on 2026-09-30 do not say which timing applies to a given order, so keep the confirmation email and ask Customer Service for the expected refund date.
Purchases from other channels or countries. Dior's fashion FAQ says products bought on Dior.com "may not be returned at a Dior boutique or at an authorized Dior Retailer" and the reverse, and "we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on items purchased outside of the United States." Its return policy for beauty says the same about boutiques, authorized retailers and purchases outside the United States, and that a purchase from an authorized retailer "is subject to their specific return and exchange policy". For boutique purchases, the fashion FAQ says merchandise bought in a Dior boutique "is eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date if in perfect condition"; merchandise bought from a Dior boutique inside a department store "may only be refunded at any same branded department store with a Dior boutique"; and "No returns will be accepted on evening wear, exotic skins, fur, cosmetics, unsealed fragrance, bathing suits, lingerie, sale merchandise, personalized merchandise, special orders, merchandise that has been altered or worn, or on fine jewelry or watches of over $10,000 in value". Beauty items bought with a Parfums Christian Dior e-gift card follow the separate rule described under gift cards below.
Cancelling or changing an order. The two FAQs differ. Fashion: because in-stock orders are processed quickly, "modifications to your order details are not possible"; on cancelling, the FAQ says "please contact the Client Service Center – our Client Advisors will do their best to assist you with your request". For fashion pre-orders the FAQ says "Changes to or cancellations of your pre-order are generally not possible unless Dior notifies you of a delay or problem", that a pre-order card is "charged in full at or shortly after you place the pre-order", and that if Dior must cancel (or you cancel in response to an email offering that option) "Dior will provide a full refund via your original method of payment within 7 business days". Beauty: a registered, logged-in customer "may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, as long as it does not include loyalty gifts and was not paid with PayPal"; "Guest orders cannot be canceled online" and the FAQ adds "Placed your order as a guest? Please reach out to Customer Service for assistance." A different answer in the same beauty FAQ reads: "Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly; regrettably, we cannot cancel or modify orders." The two beauty answers differ, so ask Customer Service promptly if you need a change.
Damaged, wrong or worn items; repairs. The fashion FAQ says: "If one of your products is damaged or the items delivered do not correspond to your order, please contact the Client Service Center." On repairs it says Dior "offers its customers a range of repair services for any products purchased in boutiques and on Dior.com", through a boutique or, if none is nearby, the Client Service Center, and that products "are repaired exclusively in our workshops by our artisans." The FAQ also says relevant products come with "warranties and/or authentication certificates". This repair answer is in the fashion FAQ; it states no repair price, turnaround time or eligibility criteria, and no repair procedure for fragrance or beauty products was identified in the beauty FAQ checked on 2026-09-30.
Gift cards and loyalty. The "Gift Card Terms & Conditions (U.S.)" on the beauty legal-terms page (Last Updated: February 25, 2026) apply to a Parfums Christian Dior e-gift card, not to fashion purchases. They say the cards "are issued and distributed by Buybox", which "is the sole obligor to cardholders"; that cards "may be redeemed in-store at owned and operated Parfums Christian Dior Beauty & Fragrance boutiques or online at dior.com"; that "Gift Card purchases are final"; and that items bought with a Dior Gift Card "can only be returned or replaced to the original Parfums Christian Dior Beauty & Fragrance Boutique where the purchase was made". The minimum card value is $100 and the maximum $1,000; cards "do not expire"; the balance can be checked on Dior.com, at a Dior location or by calling 877-903-4671; and "Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will only be replaced if the Gift Card has never been used", with satisfactory proof of purchase. Questions go to 877-903-4671. The Dior Beauty Privé loyalty program terms (effective September 24, 2024) say the program is "operated by Christian Dior Perfumes" and that members can cancel through the contact form or by phone.
- Keep your order number, confirmation emails, photos of the item and packaging, and the return tracking number; Dior's FAQ advises keeping "all tracking information handy after returning your items for proof of delivery".
- Ask for any decision in writing, and note the date and name of the person you spoke with.
- If Dior does not resolve it, options include the dispute process of the card you paid with, a complaint to your state attorney general's consumer-protection office or the Federal Trade Commission, and a complaint on the BBB profile described below.
- If you received Dior's data-incident letter, see the sections below on the January 2025 incident and the class settlement.
The January 2025 customer data incident: Dior's notice and state filings
Dior's July 18, 2025 "Notice of Data Breach" letter to U.S. customers was filed with state attorneys general; the Washington filing includes a cover letter from the law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP writing "on behalf of Christian Dior Couture SAS (“Dior”)", and the Vermont filing contains the customer letter. The letter says: "On May 7, 2025, we identified a potential cybersecurity incident" and that the investigation "determined that an unauthorized party was able to gain access to a Dior database that contained information about Dior clients on January 26, 2025."
According to the Washington filing, the database contained "first and last name, contact information, address, date of birth, and other information you may have provided to Dior, such as a passport or government ID number, including in a small number of cases, Social Security Number", and "no payment information, including bank account or payment card information, was contained in the database accessed." The copy of the letter filed in Vermont describes the same categories but ends at "such as a passport or government ID number", without the Social Security clause; the two letters are templates for different states, so check the letter you received.
Dior's letter says it "notified law enforcement", took "steps designed to enhance our network security", and that outside experts "verified that the incident is contained" with "no evidence that the unauthorized third party was able to access Dior systems except on January 26, 2025." The Washington cover letter says Dior was notifying 10,878 Washington residents; the class settlement agreement (below) says Dior gave written notice to "approximately 78,000 impacted individuals in the United States" on or around July 18, 2025.
- What the letter offered: a complimentary 24-month Experian IdentityWorks membership (credit monitoring, fraud resolution, identity theft insurance). The letter's enrollment deadline was October 31, 2025, which has passed; the letter lists 1-833-918-5938 for questions.
- What the letter recommended: to "remain vigilant for incidents of fraud and identity theft", review financial accounts, statements and free credit reports, and it describes fraud alerts and security freezes ("There is no charge to place or lift a security freeze"), with contact details for the three credit bureaus and the Federal Trade Commission.
- Privacy requests: Dior's Privacy Statement (Last Updated: June 2026) lists separate U.S. contacts for each Maison. Christian Dior Couture (fashion): toll-free 1 800-929-3467, [email protected] and a Privacy Request Webform for access, correction or deletion requests. Parfums Christian Dior (beauty): Customer Service 1-877-794-3066, [email protected] and a contact form. The statement says a Maison "cannot provide information about the personal data that may be held by the other Maison".
- Deadlines and where to ask now: the Experian enrollment deadline and the settlement claim deadline have both passed. For the settlement, the Settlement Administrator lists 888-836-1708 and [email protected]; the letter's own number was 1-833-918-5938.
A Dior page titled "Data Security Update" that search results pointed to returned a "not found" or "not available" message on dior.com/en_us and dior.com/en_ae when checked on 2026-09-30, so the notice letters filed with state attorneys general are the primary documents cited here. No fine or enforcement order by a U.S. state attorney general or federal agency about this incident was identified in the sources checked on 2026-09-30; the state filings are breach notifications, not findings.
Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) case PS12805: investigation closed with commitments, May 2025
Italy's competition and consumer authority (AGCM) announced on July 17, 2024 that it had opened an investigation, case PS12805, into three Dior group companies: Christian Dior Couture S.A., Christian Dior Italia S.r.l. and Manufactures Dior S.r.l. Its press release said the companies "may have issued untrue statements about their ethics and social responsibility, in particular with regard to working conditions and compliance with the law by their suppliers", under the Italian Consumer Code, and that the authority acted partly as a result of the activity of the Milan public prosecutor's office and court, which the press had widely reported. These were the authority's allegations at the outset, not findings.
AGCM's press release of May 21, 2025 says the authority "closed the investigation launched in July 2024 into Christian Dior Couture S.A., Christian Dior Italia S.r.l. and Manufactures Dior S.r.l. without establishing any infringement, but by accepting and making binding the companies' proposed commitments." The decision text records that it was adopted at the authority's meeting of May 13, 2025 and that Christian Dior Couture S.A. runs the site dior.com/it.
- Commitments made binding: "2 million euro over 5 years to fund targeted initiatives – also open to other fashion brands producing in Italy – aimed at identifying victims of labour exploitation and providing them with tailored protection, training, support, as well as social and workplace integration".
- Other commitments: amendments to the ethics and social responsibility statements; new protocols to strengthen supplier vetting and monitoring; in-house training on consumer protection law for marketing and communication staff; and external training for suppliers and subcontractors on labour law and the Supplier Code of Conduct of the Dior Group companies.
This was an Italian consumer-protection proceeding about statements made in Italy. It ended with commitments and no infringement established, and this page draws no conclusion about Dior's U.S. operations from it. The AGCM texts are the primary documents cited.
Who operates Dior in the U.S.
Who Dior is. LVMH's website says of Christian Dior: "Right from the founding of his Maison in 1946, he transformed his dreams into irresistible creations", and lists Christian Dior in its Fashion & Leather Goods sector and Parfums Christian Dior among its Perfumes & Cosmetics houses. Dior's fashion Terms of Use say the House has "headquarters in Paris, France and New York, New York".
Fashion and accessories. Dior's fashion statement under the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act says: "Christian Dior Inc. ("CD US"), the Dior fashion business"; the corporate office of CD US is in New York; "CD US does not produce any of the products it sells"; it "is the importer of record of such merchandise into the U.S. for sale in the U.S."; and it "sells the merchandise to consumers in its boutiques or online from its website or through a Dior boutique in a department store in the U.S." The website Terms of Use themselves name "Christian Dior Couture" as the site owner, and Christian Dior, Inc. is the defendant named in the data-incident class action described below.
Fragrance and beauty. Dior's beauty statement under the same Act refers to "Christian Dior Perfumes LLC ("PCD US"), the Dior beauty and fragrance business", a limited liability company with a corporate office in New York that is "an affiliate of Parfums Christian Dior SA" of Paris and "is the importer of record" of Parfums Christian Dior merchandise into the U.S. It says PCD US sells makeup, skincare and perfumes "online from its website, in select retailers, and through Dior counters in US department stores." The beauty site's legal terms name "Parfums Christian Dior" as the site owner, and the loyalty program terms say the program is operated by "Christian Dior Perfumes".
Ownership. Both U.S. statements describe their group as "one of the brands of the Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy group". In the federal data-incident case (S.D.N.Y. No. 1:25-cv-06055) the docket entry for Christian Dior, Inc.'s Rule 7.1 corporate disclosure statement, filed August 28, 2025, reads "Identifying Corporate Parent LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton Inc." This page did not check ownership percentages.
Privacy notice. The U.S. Privacy Statement (Last Updated: June 2026) is issued jointly by the two Maisons. It says "the data controller is Christian Dior Couture SAS, a French company with offices in Paris, France, and all the affiliates of Christian Dior Couture with whom you share your information." No U.S. page with the exact title "Terms of Sale" was found in the fashion and beauty legal-terms pages, FAQs and return-policy pages checked on 2026-09-30; sales, ordering, delivery and return conditions are spread across the Legal Terms, FAQ and return-policy pages quoted above.
Complaint record: USAComplaints, BBB and Trustpilot, reported separately
USAComplaints. This site has 15 approved complaints that name Dior, Christian Dior or J'adore Dior as the subject, all submitted between 2010 and 2013. They describe items such as perfume sprayers that stopped working or a broken cap, foundation or moisturizer that changed texture, a handbag defect, skin or eye reactions after using a product, requests to exchange or return an item, price concerns, one post about waiting at a department-store counter in Malaysia to buy Dior products, and one objection to a television commercial. At least 8 of the 15 describe a purchase, store visit or home outside the United States (for example Dubai, Canada, a UK airport, Malaysia, Greece and the Philippines). These are unverified consumer submissions, and no approved post naming Dior as the subject dated after 2013 was found in this site's database on 2026-09-30. Two 2013 posts name a retailer (Sephora, Modnique) as the subject while mentioning a Dior product; they are not counted here.
BBB (reported separately). The BBB profile for Christian Dior, Inc., 19 East 57th Street, New York, is not BBB accredited and, as displayed on 2026-09-30, shows a BBB rating of D-, with the stated reason "Failure to respond to 57 complaint(s) filed against business". The complaints tab shows "154 total complaints in the last 3 years" and "52 complaints closed in the last 12 months". The count in the rating reason and the complaint totals on the tab are separate figures and are not the same measure. Each complaint on the tab carries its own status, but the pages checked show no total for each status; complaint types displayed on its first page include Service or Repair Issues, Product Issues, Sales and Advertising Issues and Delivery Issues, with statuses such as Resolved, Answered and Unanswered. BBB lists the alternate names "Christian Dior Couture" and "Christian Dior Perfumes, Inc." The reviews tab shows 1.03 out of 5 from 30 reviews for the headquarters and corporate-owned locations. BBB notes that complaint counts should be read in light of a company's size and volume of transactions.
Trustpilot (reported separately). Trustpilot's page for www.dior.com is marked as a claimed profile and shows 1.6 out of 5 from 11,278 reviews, 181 of them in the last 12 months. Trustpilot displays "This company hasn't invited customers recently, so reviews may not be representative" and "Hasn't replied to negative reviews". The profile belongs to the domain www.dior.com and is not limited to U.S. customers: of the 20 reviews on its first page that showed a reviewer country on 2026-09-30, 11 were labelled GB, 3 US, 2 TR and one each BE, CA, AU and SE. Trustpilot also shows an AI-generated review summary, which is not reproduced here.
The BBB figures, the Trustpilot figures and this site's 15 posts come from different sources, cover different periods and are not added together.
Recall check (scoped). On 2026-09-30 a search of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recalls web service (saferproducts.gov/RestWebServices/Recall) on the RecallTitle and ProductName fields for "Dior" and "Christian Dior" returned no records, and the openFDA drug, device and food enforcement endpoints (api.fda.gov) returned no match for the recalling firm names "Dior", "Christian Dior" and "Parfums Christian Dior". These searches do not cover CPSC Warnings or FDA cosmetics recalls, so they do not establish that no recall exists.
Lawsuits: the 2025 data incident class action and related dockets
Data incident class settlement. Michael Toikach, et al. v. Christian Dior, Inc., Circuit Court for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Broward County, Florida, Case No. CACE 25-18776 (the number printed on the settlement website and notices; the court's e-filed orders write it CACE25018776 or CACE-25-018776), Judge Carlos A. Rodriguez. The class representatives named in the settlement are Michael Toikach, Beata Toikach, Raveen Bhatt, Portia Marie Smithson, Scott Holland, Ralph Nguyen and Andy Ansryan. The memorandum for final approval says plaintiffs dismissed earlier federal actions and filed the Florida action on December 9, 2025; the settlement agreement says the complaint pleads negligence, negligence per se, breach of implied contract, invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment on behalf of a national class. The agreement states that Dior settled "without any admission of liability or wrongdoing" and "solely to avoid the litigation costs and expenses, distractions, burden, expense, and disruption to its business operations".
- Who was covered: "All U.S. individuals who were sent notice by Defendant that their Personal Information may have been impacted in the Data Incident."
- Benefits: two years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete credit monitoring with $1 million of fraud insurance; up to $1,500 for documented losses incurred between July 18, 2025 and March 11, 2026; and a $100 flat payment for class members whose Social Security numbers were involved.
- Deadlines: claims, opt-outs and objections were all due May 25, 2026, which has passed. The notice says the only way to receive payments was a valid, timely claim form.
- Court approval: the Final Approval Order signed June 22, 2026, which the settlement website's Important Documents page lists as "Final Approval Order" (file cw.simpluris.com/docs/public/downloads/CTC/FINAL_APPROVAL_ORDER4ess, read on 2026-09-30), records that there were "no objections" and "only one" opt-out, finds the settlement "fair, adequate, and reasonable", enters judgment dismissing the action with prejudice, awards class counsel $400,000 in fees and costs, and awards $2,500 to each class representative.
- Settlement website status: checked on 2026-09-30, the website's home page says "The Court in charge of this case still has to decide whether to approve the Settlement" and its FAQ describes the Final Approval Hearing on June 22, 2026 as upcoming, and its Important Dates page still lists that hearing, although its Important Documents page lists the Final Approval Order. The order is the later and controlling document; the website's home, FAQ and dates pages have not been updated to reflect it.
- Payments: the notice says payments are distributed after final approval "and after any appeals are resolved"; the agreement defines the Effective Date as 31 days after the final approval order if no appeal is taken. Whether an appeal was filed or when payments issue was not established from the live materials checked on 2026-09-30; the Settlement Administrator (Simpluris, [email protected], 888-836-1708, PO Box 25226, Santa Ana, CA 92799-9958) handles questions.
Earlier federal suits. The Florida settlement covers plaintiffs from several earlier federal actions. CourtListener dockets show six putative class actions against Christian Dior, Inc. filed in the Southern District of New York between July 23 and August 14, 2025: Toikach v. Christian Dior, Inc., No. 1:25-cv-06055 (filed by Beata Toikach, per its docket entries) and No. 1:25-cv-06058; Holland, No. 1:25-cv-06200; Bhatt, No. 1:25-cv-06205; Nguyen, No. 1:25-cv-06270; and Ansryan v. Christian Dior Inc., No. 1:25-cv-06705 (naming Christian Dior Couture SAS and Christian Dior Inc.). In August 2025 the court in the first Toikach case was asked to consolidate the cases and appoint interim class counsel, and Dior's counsel responded on September 4, 2025; deadlines were then stayed in several of the actions pending a motion before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (MDL No. 3164, whose docket entries of September 17, 2025 list all six Dior actions as associated cases and, in the copy checked, show no later entry). Each of the six S.D.N.Y. dockets shows a notice of voluntary dismissal filed December 8, 2025; two of them (Nos. 1:25-cv-06058 and 1:25-cv-06200) show a further notice on December 9, 2025. No separate federal docket for Portia Marie Smithson was located in the CourtListener searches run on 2026-09-30.
Alvear. Alvear v. Christian Dior, Inc., M.D. Fla. No. 6:25-cv-02276 (filed November 25, 2025), is classified by the court's docket as an Americans with Disabilities Act civil-rights case; docket entry 13 is a notice of voluntary dismissal (February 2, 2026) and entry 14 an order dismissing the case (February 3, 2026). The complaint was not reviewed for this page.
Dior as plaintiff. Christian Dior Couture, S.A. and Parfums Christian Dior, S.A. appear as plaintiffs in numerous Northern District of Illinois cases against unnamed online sellers captioned "The Partnerships and Unincorporated Associations Identified on Schedule A" (for example No. 1:26-cv-11904, filed September 29, 2026, per the CourtListener docket listing). These are Dior's allegations, identified from docket listings only; the complaints were not reviewed for this page and no court findings are reported here.
Is Dior Legitimate?
Dior operates identifiable U.S. businesses: dior.com/en_us names Christian Dior Couture and Parfums Christian Dior as the site owners, the fashion supply-chain statement names Christian Dior Inc. and the beauty statement names Christian Dior Perfumes LLC, both with corporate offices in New York, and LVMH lists Christian Dior and Parfums Christian Dior among its houses. The Privacy Statement names Christian Dior Couture SAS of Paris as data controller.
The record reported above includes the January 2025 data incident and the Florida class settlement (no admission of liability), an Italian consumer-authority investigation closed with commitments and no infringement established, a BBB profile for Christian Dior, Inc. that is not accredited and shows a D- rating, and a Trustpilot score of 1.6 from 11,278 reviews on a profile that Trustpilot says may not be representative. This page assigns Dior no rating or verdict of its own.
Genuine Dior sellers. Dior's own U.S. pages say its products are sold on Dior.com, in Dior boutiques and through authorized Dior Retailers, that relevant products include "warranties and/or authentication certificates", and that Parfums Christian Dior e-gift cards "are not valid, and will not be honored, if obtained from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or distributors, including through Internet auction sites." Frequently Asked Questions
Which company runs Dior's U.S. website?
dior.com/en_us has two stores. The fashion Terms of Use say the site "is owned by Christian Dior Couture" and the fashion supply-chain statement calls Christian Dior Inc. "the Dior fashion business"; the beauty legal terms say the site "is owned by Parfums Christian Dior" and the beauty statement names Christian Dior Perfumes LLC. Both describe their group as one of the brands of the LVMH group.
What is Dior's return policy for fashion and accessories ordered online?
Dior's fashion FAQ says "You can return any order to us within 30 days of receiving it"; damaged, used, incomplete or soiled products cannot be returned, and returns can take up to 14 business days to process. Products bought on Dior.com may not be returned at a boutique or authorized retailer, and Dior does not accept returns of items bought outside the United States. The section above gives the label, shipping-cost and repeated-return wording, including a separate Delivery & Returns page headed "Free Returns Within 30 Days".
What is Dior's return policy for fragrance and beauty ordered online?
Dior's Dior.com return policy for beauty says it "will gladly refund any unopened or gently used items within 30 days of purchase", that "Dior.com is unable to refund shipping charges" and to "allow 10–15 business days of processing time". Dior's separate Return & Refunds page says refunds usually arrive "between 5–7 business days" after Dior receives and inspects the package, with "the $9 shipping charges of the prepaid label" deducted from the refund. The pages do not say which applies to a given order, and boutique or retailer purchases follow other rules (see above).
How do I contact Dior customer service in the U.S.?
Fashion and accessories: the Client Service Center at +1 800 929 3467 (Monday to Saturday 10am to 10pm EST, Sunday 11am to 7pm EST) and [email protected]. Fragrance and beauty: the contact page lists 877-903-4671 (same hours) and a web form, while the beauty FAQ and the Privacy Statement give 1-877-794-3066, so both beauty numbers appear on Dior's pages.
What did Dior say happened in the 2025 customer data incident?
Dior's July 18, 2025 notice letter, filed with state attorneys general, says that on May 7, 2025 it identified a potential cybersecurity incident and that an unauthorized party accessed a Dior client database on January 26, 2025. It lists names, contact details, dates of birth and, in some cases, passport or government ID numbers or Social Security numbers, and says no payment card or bank account information was held in the database. The section above gives the Experian offer and its passed October 31, 2025 deadline.

How do I get a Dior item repaired, or report a damaged or wrong item?
