I ordered product from this company for a dietary product for my dog who has yeast and skin allergies. They offered a 90 day guarantee. I tried the product in 2 shipments for 30 day supply each. At the end of the 60 days I reordered but before it arrived I discovered that her allergy symptons were dramatically improved. The supplement was recommended as a companion to a raw yeast starvation diet in a 90 day trial of diet and supplement. The 3rd shipment arrived and I called DINOVITE to request a return for refund for the unused product as my dog was adversely reacting to. I was denied a return for refund because their guarantee ONLY applies to your FIRST shipment of a product. What??? Why would a company look out for their OWN needs BEFORE their customer's? DON'T USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT AN ILLOGICAL GUARANTEE ON PRODUCTS YOUR PET MAY NOT BE ABLE TO USE. They want you to order the full 90 day recommended quantity UP FRONT. The don't bother to PLAINLY tell you that if you order the product in 30 day quantities you WON"T qualify for refund EXCEPT on the FIRST shipment... Doesn't sound like any guarantee to me. I regret having ordered with this company
