Ordered sample 15 Jun 13, never received trial size until the 1 Aug 13. Like other complaints, never seen anything about the 14 day statement to cancel. Never even received an email from company in reference to that fact. There no guarantee. This company has very unorthodox and dishonest business practices that are very misleading to consumers. Companies like this should not be allowed to create websites to sell product if they cannot guarantee their product so that if customers are not satisfied, that the customer should be able to return and get full refund. Since I never received package until 1 Aug 13, I as a consumer was being punished because company representatives just inform you what the company has instructed them to say. Now I have paid for 2 shipments and the rep I talked to (Emma) say another shipment was shipped 28 Jul 13 which I am stuck with. As far as I am concerned the product is a piece of garbage as I cannot get refunded for product not used and return it, I just wanted to return and get refunded. The company representatives will not even entertain customer requests. The Company Alore deserves a bad rap for how they mislead customers.
