I took my cat to see a Internal Medicine Specialist to get help for the runny nose that my cat has. 5 hours they keep my cat and had me there for 2.5 hours total. I have NEVER been out of the room when any of my pets have been looked at. Weigh, temperature, eye test, ear test etc. When finally it came for me to pick up my cat I was forgotten in a room for over an hour. I had to go ask what was going on and they stated that there were other pets for the vet to see too. When he came in, he sat on the floor to talk to me and NEVER once told me anything that he did or saw with my cat, besides that he pushed on her eyes and it was harder on her left. It was like he read word for word her medical history and what I wrote. I finally got my cat, paying for a visit that didn't deserve the costly consultation amount, got her home out of the carrying case and noticed that she was walking in circles almost running into walls, chairs and tables. I called the next day and was told it was emergency hours and I'd have to bring her in and pay again. I asked to speak to a vet, i was just there and was repeated it was emergency hours andf noone can speak to me. I took her to my regular vet and he looked at her eyes with a light and that there was no response. Medvets made my cat blind. Pushing on her eyes or whatever they did do to her for 5 hours that they had her out of my sight. I call the office and asked for a number to talk to someone in the main office. I received Pat Botic's name and called her. I spoke with her regarding my cat. She told me that she would call me back that day or the next day. Unfortunately for me she didn't call me back. I have called everyday for a week with no response. She is ALWAYS in a meeting. Every day all day every hour that I have called. I have left numerous messages with no care from Ms. Botic. My caty cannot see, walks in circles and cannot see where her food or litter box is. She is not eating. She has lost almost 2lbs. I had to take her back to my vet to have fluids injected into her along with B12, potassium and an antibiotic. Again I called Ms Botic, Again in meetings. Wtf. So much for a company who take care of animals. I researched The Better Business Bureau and there is a complaint on customer service. Imagine that. I will be filing a complaint also rgarding that and if my cat dies, well I know a very good attorney.
