What a horrible experience. Went to the Menlo Park site. My order came out totally wrong. No lettuce or tomato on the hamburger but dripping in american cheese that I did not order. If that wasn't enough, My well done hamburger was rare. The french fries were covered in the salt I asked them not to put on. The waitor didn't take it off the bill even though he got the food back.
