I purchased an item from Petco to assist avoid my dog from happening rug on steps. It had been non toxicapproximately it said. It had been smell and spot removal. She turned super sick. Had harmful response to item. Which was on 2/5/10. Raced to crisis and cleansing with bathtub, IVis and medications. The price was $825.00.
I visited Shop in Irvine, where I purchased Item.informed the evening supervisor. On Monday 2/8/10. I called Corporate Office.informed them what occurred and informed to provide paper-work to supervisor at Irvine Shop. I did so that which was a few months before. I've called them 11 times. Voiced to Administrators and been informed this could be solved and repaid for expenses to my dog.
I've been provided only reasons and run-around. Product Specialist Rico W. Asked me to put up off criticism to BBB. He'd understand this completed. Which was on 3/22/10. Delivered him paperwork. I've been calling at least one time per week. I'll not quit, till they remain behind their item. Desire they'd simply do the best point to it is customers. I'll never store within their shops again!!!
