I introduced my two content and spunky Bichon Frises to PetSmart's grooming salon. Examined equally in having a youthful and exhausted woman called Viviana. Described my choices so my pets wouldn't be cut too-short and left them.
Upon my return 3 1/2 hours later, I had been welcomed by among my pets, Wilbur, having a happy attitude. Their slice was brief and that I was happy. Their groomer been at the front end, Jenna. I offered her A - 20% idea.
After I found Charlotte, she didn't welcome me together with her typical content tail wag. She was hunched around, together with her butt between her thighs. She was cut really, very brief. I really could begin to see the freckles in her epidermis (YES, THAT BRIEF) and viviana was no-where found. She'd left for that evening.
Through the night, Charlotte was anti social. She desired to be left alone as well as crawled under our bed-covers and rested there through the night. She'd move her mind frequently, as though anything was in her ears. Along with these indicators & signs, she was continuously uncomfortable/banging.
She extended these actions all day 24 hours later. Sadly I'd been busy with storage cleanup and didn't truly spend much focus on the shaking of her mind and shaking... When I must have.
Sunday morning, early, I got both pets out to 'reduce' themselves. Charlotte again, was shaking and trembling her mind frequently. I looked down at her to pet her and observed there is body on her nose. I observed body around her right-ear. After I raised up her hearing, it had been reddish, swollen and soft.
I immeidately called PetSmart and requested to talk to the Grooming Salon. I talked with JEnna, the groomer who needed care of Wilbur. She mentioned that Viviana experienced mentionded that Charlotte had lots of hair in her hearing and he or she was not able to finish Charlotteis left head w/d Charlotte couldn't go anymore. (I suppose they exercise is taking out ear-hair with tweezers).
I expected to talk to the supervisor plus they were simply not that available to solving my criticism.
Bad customer support without any respect for that discomfort my puppy suffered and proceeds to withstand w/d of an inexperienced groomer who simply got "tweezer pleased" on my puppy's hearing.
Bad Charlotte
I'll NEVER, ACTUALLY consider my precious animals to PetSmart again.
