I had been provided a 'created' rain-check with a supervisor of the petco on south blvd in charlotte, nc for bird seed which was discounted however they were from. I had been informed the return 2 times later. They must have more. I returned two nights later plus they stated they didnt understand when they were acquiring more and they wouldn't recognize the rain-check anyhow. That wasnt right. Oh well, I'll never move base to their shops again so that as of nowadays, I've informed roughly 175 people about this. 160 in a church conference on saturday.
