Whenever we did not get the documents, we e mailed and named the breeder often. We never received an answer.in our Shihtzu was identified as having two burst drives. The surgery cost us $3,500. Your vet identified the issue as innate. I again approached Shihtzus by Burnwood to inform them of the issue. I've been skilled in my own purchases together. However, they've never responded in my experience. I didn't enroll this criticism earlier since I did not understand who to contact.
