I bought this product a few weeks ago right before moving, it worked great and as expected the first time on our cat. Right before I left I went to show a friend how it worked and nothing happed. I don't know if the one I bought at Pets Mart was faulty or if the product is just crap. I would like a replacement from the company and will send them the piece of trash I have.
