I have made four round trips to two Walmart stores in my area trying to get a Sony 55" Bravia that would not have a broken screen (2) and would work longer than 60 days (1). I finally got a refund and went to Best Buy to buy a TV. Can't anyone in the Shipping Dept. Stock a TV without cracking the screen?
