DVR Bought at Best Buy Led to $220 Early Termination Fee

Was duped into a 24 month commitment when my wife "bought" a directv dvr at best buy as a christmas gift. Decided to cancel service we have had for 4 years and got stuck with $220 early termination fee for a lease I was not aware of nor did I ever agree to.

Dirty pool by anyone's standards!
