I have been trying to get my money back for double charges for shipping at Haband. When I first ordered, I rec'd free shipping. When I returned for exchanged, I completed the form and opted to enclose payment up front to cover the return shipping of 8.99. When I rec'd item back in mail again I noticed I was charged on my card for 8.99 and then later that month they cashed my check also. So now I have paid twice for the same shipping. No one at Haband is cooperating they are just giving me the runaround. They asked for a copy of the check to "we can locate it" and I sent it to them. Now they say unless it was their error they cannot refund my money. Am i not being clear. It was their error.
