Told customer to buy different item - Relaxation CD

Called WalMart store 5116 in La Porte, Texas to see if they carried relaxation CD's. I was routed to the electronic department and they said to contact the houseware department. Was transferred to above department. They did not handle that item. Was told to hold as she would transfer me to another department then was hung up on. I sent my Spanish speaking friend to the store as I desperately needed CD for my dog. Had been playing relaxation music to him over the computer. This worked very well. I gave my friend a note in English as to what I specially needed. The man that was helping my friend looked at the note and told her relaxation CD's do not work and she needed a candle. I ask you what is a candle suppose to do for a dog that has panic attacks. Called the store and spoke to assisant manager Yvonne who gave mu friend that information. I told her I didn't know as my friend had left my house. She said she would check on it but there was no one working in that department. I ask her to call me back. She never did and I called the store to speak to her since I had gotten the information from my friend as too who waited on her. When I went to call Yvonne she never answered the page. Now my friend has to waste gas and her time to return the candle to the store.
