I used to love Walmart, it was so nice to be able to get all my shopping done in one place. Saddly, over the years I have learned to stay away from Walmart as their customer service has severely deteriated. It is truly sad that more consumers I have spoken with feel the same way. The combination of poor quality workers and lack of staffing has turned many of us consumers off.
I did shop there recently where I bought christmas gifts to save on time, I had to return an item today and stood in line with about 15 people. We were all waiting on one woman to help us with our returns. How would that work for a small business? The clerk was not friendly and chatted with her coworker. I got the feeling she really didn't want to be there.
Truly, if your sales drop or your stocks fade, look to your own business practices. I will now shop elsewhere, especially to save time, and for quality customer service.
