I called the moving center on June 28 and scheduled a date for July 6 to have Direct Tv set up at my new address. Thurs the 5 th a July I get an automated telephone message that i need to call Direct TV and set up a date. I called on my cell phone for 2 1/2 hours still no date and was informed that i had to continue to pay for it, even though i do;nt have any TV service, and if i cancel its 489.00 dollars. The next available date they can give me is in November. Today I called again and was hung up on. My service is suspended until Dec now but not cancelled. I would like Direct TV to provide me service or cancel me so that i can at least go with someone else and have TV. Its 2 weeks now and I have no service.
