I use to rave about direct tv and recommend them to anyone I met, friends and family but you can damn sure bet I won't be doing that anymore. Taking away 26 of the most popular channels and I pay 150$ a month is grounds for a screw you direct tv! Not only will I be changing and not recommending you to anyone. I'll write bad reviews all over the place and will be having all my friends, and family do the same! A buisness can only go so far without word of mouth as a marking prof, I'm very aware of this!
