We were customers of Direct TV for over 7 years. We had technical issues they never solved. Paid far more for services than most people because we lived were they had little or not competition. Then when we moved and switched to another company, we were charged several hundred dollars in fees to cancel their service. However, they did not offer the same service at the place we were moving to. They did not ever consider the fact that we would refer the buyers of our house to them. They were very unappreciative of our patrionage.
