I went to the wayne wv wal-mart today to get a bag of potatoes and was going to price match aldi's, who had a 10lb bag of russet potatoes for $1.99 i picked up a 10lb bag of potatoes that said grown in idaho on the front of the bag but the tag around them said burbank russet. The wal-mart manager named travis proceeds to tell me that i cant purchase the for the aldi price because they were'nt russet so i showed him the tag he said they were idaho and i told him their is no such thing as a idaho potatoe their all ruusset just some are grown in idaho and the aldi's ad didn't specify what state they were grown in. After he refused to comp the ad he went over and checked what potatoes they had and over the intercom system he anounces for the casheir to tell that lady that wanted the potatoes that he had a 5lb bag for$1.99 everyone in the whole store was looking at me i said no and left. Now would wal-marts claim to match prices really be considered false advertising and i didnt think that a wal-mart employee was suppose to humiliate a customer. I think if the corporate office would check the wayne wal-mart out they would find out why people drive 30miles away to go to other stores
