Does not honor other businesses sale ads as Walmart advertises. - Coke

On 9 March I took an advertisment to the local Walmart store for coke product... The cashier showed the CSM the ad and the CSM told her not to honor it. The advertisment was for coke 24 cans per case at $5.99 and was from a local grocery store.
