I had been a customer for over a year with direct tv. We had to move due to military orders and I had to cancel the service. That was a month ago, without notifying me they charged my creditcard which was almost 200dollars. I needed that money because we are still stuck in the hotel and I relied on it. Now I'm broke a day before christmas and no money. Thanks directtv! I will make sure they don't get new customers from my end and that's a lot of people. Very well done direct tv, you did not only loose 1 customer but you lost many new ones too!!
