My name is Jason Robbis and I recently called Direct tv to find out about getting Chicago Bears football games. What I ended with after a 45 min. Converstation was absolutely nothing and being very unhappy. They told me that I couldnt get for Chicago but that they could give me the sport pack at a discounted rate to see if maybe there was another station that picked up there games and then they transfered me to there discounts department. When I was transfered the man was very rude but tried to sell me the NFL sunday ticket. Once i explained to him that that was just not in my budget he got crappy and said that with the sports pack I would not be able to watch any bears games or any pro games and I would not be happy with it. So I had them take it back off and ended the conversation very unhappy.
