I didn't order inflatable neck pillows but 2 additional pillow cases. I have been very patient waiting for this order to be delivered (took more than 6 weeks) but not having the order properly filled on top of additional exhorbitant handling charges of which I have no control over was the icing on the cake. No more orders from me thank you or my friends.
