Horrible Customer Service

What a nightmare - I bundle with Qwest for the phone, internet and direct tv. I have to say no problems with Qwest but direct tv has many bad issues. We called on Oct. 14 because we had no satellite signal and scheduled a work repair for 10/19 which they never showed up and when we called them they had cancelled our appointment without letting us know. They re-scheduled it for Tuesday 10/28/10. Then proceded to tell us that we were lying that we did not have a appointment on 10/19/10. However I called and spoke with Phillip badge number #355847 with direct tv, he is suppose to be a supervisior and told me he could tell from the notes in their system that we did indeed call and have an appointment on 10/19/10 but it was cancelled and they should have called us. (apprentaly this happens all the time. We now are waiting 2 1/2 weeks before we can get the problem resolved only giving me credit for the box rental of $5.00 for a total of $1.31. WOW big of you guys. It's apprentant when you call they do not give a shit if you have service or not becuase they have the 2 year contract holding over your head. This company sucks big time and I would never recommend their service to anyone. It's ok till you have a problem,
which they will not help you with until tthey are good and ready! I will cancel my service as soon as the two years is up. I called Qwest and they were very helpful in getting me yet another supervisor to try and help with this situation to no avail. I am so up-set with this company.
