Words cannot describe how displeased I was regarding the whole process of buying a carpet from National Floors Direct. I highly advise anyone looking for carpet to "STAY AWAY" from using them! Here are two quotes from the head of their customer service dept (this person answers to ownwership) 1."We're too busy" and 2."I don't know what to tell you." They have a 24 hr install guarantee, it took a month to install my carpet. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra money and use another company.
