Purchase balljoints for my 2001 PT Cruiser. After gettign them, I check the National recall list for the part number. It was listed as a recalled part. I asked to have them returned for a full refund. They said to install them first to see if anything goes wrong. I said I will not put my family's life in jepardy, so please refund my full pruchase price. They said no! I would get a refund less the restocking fee.
