Receivers Not Returned After Moving, Old Residents Receive Bills

I have many years been a loyal customer of direct tv, we move to an other state, finally we move to another Country, I been trying to return the receivers, we no luck, the people that lives in my old house keep receiving bills about the receivers, I talk to people in direct tv with no luck. They do not have any idea of what I am taking about. They claiming one receiver and I have two. PROBLEM they have no people able to give you a srait answe
