$140 Fee for Unspoken Two-Year Commitment on HD Receiver

Direct TV told me I had "an unspoken, unsigned" two year commitment when I got an HD Receiver, and so it cost me an extra $140. That came on top of the $4700 I paid Direct TV over the past 30 months, and I also referred other people to them.

I changed to ATT Uverse, and it is far better: it is cheaper, the picture is better, and the DVR can be watched from any TV in the house.

Please do not use Direct TV.
